I've seen that most Female hair translate well to male sims. Once again, look at the hair and see if they fit well. When you go in game, click on a computer or CityHall > Nraas > MasterController > Settings > CAS > Category Changes > Unlock Hair for all Genders (True instead of False) Install the mod (+ Integration module, if you want to see the changes not only when you call for CAS via MasterController, but also everywhere else - mirrors, CAS from Edit in Town.). With MasterController, you can also disable filters and enable all hair for both genders.

Save your package (maybe do a save as, so you can keep the original somewhere) and test in game to see the results. Look for AgeGender in the newly opened window, Gender and change Male/Female to True. Open the package with S3PE Look for the CASP file and select it However, you could sometimes try and see if only enabling both genders to a hair would be ok? There might be more knowledgeable people hanging out over there, when it comes to meshing, if there is a need for that (extracting a mesh and then adapting the shape/size of it to fit in a 3d program).

Actually, there is a version enabled for both males and females made by andromedasims/pixelore.īut if you still wanted to learn, maybe try posting in the Sims 3 Modding and Creations forum?
